Superb rooms with amazingly comfortable beds in the new wing. Staff have been friendly and very helpful. The food in the Table Table (3 steps from the hotel door) is lovely (dinner and breakfast). Staff in the restaurant have been great apart from the greeting when we arrived for breakfast. We were grunted at by the young lady on point and when we told her that my wife is coeliac a folder was shoved at us and we were told to read it or we could just eat. A smile and being friendly doesn't cost anything. However, I would definitely stay here again as I don't think she has what it takes to work in the hospitality industry.
The room was spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our breakfasts and evening meal were wonderful as usual at premier inn's.
Our room was lovely! Could tell it had been recently refurbished! The bed was so comfy and the room was really big for all 4 of us!
We had a lovely weekend stay at Premier Inn Barnstaple. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and everything felt really well looked after. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, always welcoming and happy to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and we’d happily stay again.
The rooms are clean, bed and the bedding were so clean. The toilet clean as well. The cleaners were happy to clean our room. Also I would recommend highly the ladies at the reception, you all were amazing and very helpful. Thank you would be visiting again.
Good size car park with decent space, good reception and nice staff, nice restaurant next door and the crew are nice. Rooms are great and has good WiFi.
This Premier Inn works for us as we leave the card and travel around on the buses. Resturant does freshly cooked breakfasts
This hotel was our life saver. My partner and I had booked previous accommodation elsewhere as part of our road trip that wasn’t what was advertised when we got there and it was so disgusting that unfortunately we couldn’t stay. We needed accommodation quickly for that night and the weekend as we were 5h away from home. This hotel was able to accommodate us that night and for the weekend last minute, the room was so lovely, comfortable and clean. The comfy bed and black out blinds were perfect for us to get in an early night and catch up on sleep. A cup of tea, hot shower and sleep was lush! All this weekend the staff were so lovely, smiley and incredibly helpful which was so nice after we had a stressful day. I would highly recommend this premier inn and i am very appreciative to have had such a positive experience. Thank you!
